Are you passionate about Computer Science and eager to gain that teaching experience in England? A vibrant and dynamic secondary school are seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join them in January 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career, with the potential to take on a leadership role as Head of Department for Computer Science.
Responsibilities:
+ Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons for students aged 11-18 (KS3-KS5).
+ Teach topics such as programming, algorithms, data structures, and emerging technologies.
+ Monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them excel.
+ A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
+ A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
+ Strong knowledge of computer science principles and emerging trends.
+ Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
+ Must be available for January 2025.
