Concierge

The Concierge will be based at our offices in Birmingham.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• This is a key operational post contributing to the management and development of Adullam services in Birmingham.


• Ensure that the concierge team provide a proactive point of contact for service users who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation.


• Ensure that a good standard of professional service is given and will be required to work within the Association's Policies and Procedures.
