Full Job Description

We are looking for an engaging, confident and motivated Concierge to deliver professional and courteous reception service to all visitors to the home. Our concierges ensure that every visitor to the home receive an outstanding experience, greeting them courteously and professionally. Where required, you will provide support to the administrator and management team, supporting effective and confidential record keeping in the home.

We are looking for a Concierge with strong communication skills. You will have previous experience as a receptionist, and a proficient knowledge of IT. Our concierges play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive reputation of the home in the local community so you will be driven to meeting and delivering a high-standard of service.
