Join British Airways as a Concorde Team Manager, where you will inspire and lead our Concorde team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. This pivotal role ensures our colleagues have the tools, training, and leadership to perform at their very best while delivering a 'best-in-class premium proposition' for our valued customers. What You'll Do:
- Lead and coach the Concord team to achieve the highest standards of operational leadership and performance.
- Engage and support your team through 1:1s, meetings, and development reviews, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Drive a culture of 'Listen and do the right thing' across customer touchpoints, ensuring seamless premium customer experiences.
- Manage day-to-day team operations, including resource planning, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Champion wellbeing and recognition, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with the Global Learning Academy to provide continuous feedback on training and improvement areas.
- Design frameworks to capture customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement processes are implemented.

- Experience in operational team leadership and performance management.
- Proven ability to engage, coach, and develop colleagues to reach their potential.
- Strong understanding of people policies, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments to deliver results.
