+ Data Analysis: Review and correlate condition monitoring data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
+ Customer Communication: Maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders, providing recommendations and building positive relationships.
+ Technical Support: Utilize CAT Service Information System and Service Management Information to support recommendations.
+ History Case Files: Build case files to support the Repair Before Failure strategy.
+ Promote Condition Monitoring: Encourage the adoption of condition monitoring across customer fleets.
+ Minimum of 2-3 years' experience (post apprenticeship) within an engineering environment, preferably automotive, commercial or plant operation.
+ Deep understanding of product systems and how they work and wear.
+ Knowledge of the Sales Process. (desirable)
+ Experience using Caterpillar applications such as VisionLink, VIMS, SIS, Oil Commander etc. (desirable)
