The Conduct Regulation Assurance Team is part of Group Compliance within the Risk Division and collaborates closely with various business units to provide assurance on conduct risks, and maintain high standards of regulatory adherence. Our team takes pride in offering a supportive and dynamic environment, where professional growth and cross-departmental collaboration are encouraged. Building strong, lasting relationships with the Compliance Department, Risk Division colleagues, business stakeholders, and professional bodies is essential to enhance the value of assurance work. You will also manage short-term projects and activities to meet specified standards and outcomes. Join our dedicated second line conduct assurance team. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.
- Knowledge and experience of the FCA Handbook and conduct regulation.
- Strong understanding of the FCA approach to policy and supervision.
- Digital literacy, with the ability to use information and communication technologies to find, evaluate, create, and communicate information.
- High degree of confidence with data with the ability to explore, understand, work with, analyse and communicate data in a meaningful way
- Strong story-telling skills, to be able to crunch complex concepts into clear actionable conclusions.

Leveraging your technical and non-technical expertise, you will conduct assurance reviews, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights to improve outcomes. In this role, you'll work on high-profile projects, manage assurance initiatives, and contribute to compliance frameworks by identifying risks, solving problems, and offering recommendations. You'll engage with various stakeholders, build strong relationships across the business, and communicate findings through impactful verbal presentations and written reports. You'll have a strong technical understanding of second line assurance/ third line audit, risk and compliance management. You are knowledgeable about the FCA Handbook and conduct regulation, and you have a good understanding of the FCA approach to both policy and supervision. To join our team you'll also have:
