Role overview: - To ensure delivery of the conferencing service to the customer as per EMCOR's contractual obligations (in line with KPIs) What you'll do: - Managing a high-quality customer focused Conference and Meeting Room service, providing support across the site - Completing regular housekeeping checks throughout the Conference and Meeting room complex to deliver a seamless meeting room experience to all internal and external users - Ensuring the rooms are managed and maintained to a high standard - Liaising closely with catering, IT and maintenance teams to provide any support required - Setting and re-setting of conference and meeting rooms in a timely fashion. Ensuring that during the working day, meeting rooms are clean, tidy and available for use - Be the first point of contact for all meeting room issues, providing timely response and co-ordination of remedial works - Reporting faults
immediately through the FM Helpdesk - Advising users on meeting room usage and suitability and provide front line technical support and replacement of meeting room consumables - Communicate with customers face-to-face and/or over the telephone to ensure a professional and polite service delivery - To assist building 5 receptionists, mailroom and the logistics team with their duties as and when required. - Job role involves ensuring all meeting rooms are prepped and ready for use, cleaned down following meetings. - Some technical assistance on video conferencing may be required, but only low level. - Ensure all meeting space kitchens are fully stocked for the day - Any ad-hoc cleaning which may be required is completed. - Would be covering reception at points - Lunch breaks etc

Good time management skill and a methodical approach - An eye for detail with a good work ethic - A customer focused approach, exhibiting a reliable and responsible attitude - Ability to work on own initiative within a multi-disciplined team - Smart, presentable appearance - The post holder will be articulate and possess good communication skills. They will be able to display an ability to communicate to staff, colleagues and customers at all levels. - The candidate will be able to demonstrate a capacity to work well within a team and show resilience when working under pressure - The candidate will be adaptable and flexible and have a customer-focused approach to work - High calibre IT skills and presentation capability - High Level of understanding of customer service excellence and the ability to deliver quality service
