Conference & Banqueting Porter

Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following duties.

(Part Time: 20hours contract; 4 hours x 5 shifts per week)

• To assist guests at all times when required.


• To assist colleagues and other members of staff to create teamwork and quality service through communication.


• To be aware of facilities available to guests within the hotel, this includes the Leisure Club & Spa.


• To set up and clean the meeting rooms, toilets and public spaces as required to meet business demands and in line with deep cleaning scheduling.


• To actively support other departments and act when assistance is needed.


• To assist colleagues and other members of staff to create teamwork and quality service through communication.


• To deliver excellent customer service, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.


• To ensure all security measures are strictly enforced during the evening.
