Conference & Events Operations Manager

Exciting Opportunity Alert! Are you a seasoned Conference & Events Operations Manager looking for a new challenge? Join us at Restaurant Associates in Duxford and be part of our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you'll oversee event management, drive team performance, and ensure top-notch client service., Support the General Manager with understanding, delivering and leading day-to-day business operations - Manage on-site services - Maintain regular communication with clients, act as a Compass Advocate and promote the venue - Encourage feedback and drive client satisfaction through meticulous planning and execution - Optimise revenue through upselling strategies and understand all financial elements of the business including the P&L - Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained, - Ensure all documentation is correct including stock, payroll, profit protection, and HSE

Management experience in the hospitality sector - Strong background in event coordination - Passion for food, exceptional customer service, and sound financial acumen - Excellent communication and computer skills - Detail-oriented with a proactive 'Can do' attitude - Outstanding leadership qualities
