Full Job Description

We are CH&CO, we're proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for an experienced Conference and Events Sales Manager to work with us at a large contract in Watford. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven 360 Event & Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end management of events while driving sales growth on this exciting contract. This role blends event management expertise with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be equally passionate about delivering exceptional events and maximizing the commercial potential on this contract.,

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • o Drive sales efforts to attract new clients across all event types o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads o Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth o Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including event planners, corporate clients, production companies, and agencies o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • o Serve as the primary contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to event completion, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
  • o Manage the full lifecycle of events, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed to the highest standard o Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating these into detailed event plans o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are flawlessly executed

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Experience in managing events in large contracts and venues desirable
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
