Full Job Description
- Ensure conference and events rooms are set up to a high standard according to guest requirements before they arrive.
- Support all aspects of the meetings and events operation to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Ensure you deliver exceptional service and hospitality throughout the business.
- Ensure all tasks are complete throughout your shift, supporting other team members where necessary
- Servicing of all meeting rooms during events and being ready to help to make sure the event runs smoothly on the day.
- Support the C&E Manager and Supervisor in both hosting and running of events in any tasks delegated to you ranging from weddings and awards dinners through to boardroom meetings and large scale conferences.
- Ensure company policies are adhered to at all times.

This role requires a hands-on, motivated team player who will work side by side with the team, ensuring standards and service are delivered consistently within the Eastside Rooms event venue.
