Full Job Description

  • Ensure conference and events rooms are set up to a high standard according to guest requirements before they arrive.

  • Support all aspects of the meetings and events operation to ensure targets are met and exceeded

  • Ensure you deliver exceptional service and hospitality throughout the business.

  • Ensure all tasks are complete throughout your shift, supporting other team members where necessary

  • Servicing of all meeting rooms during events and being ready to help to make sure the event runs smoothly on the day.

  • Support the C&E Manager and Supervisor in both hosting and running of events in any tasks delegated to you ranging from weddings and awards dinners through to boardroom meetings and large scale conferences.

  • Ensure company policies are adhered to at all times.
