Full Job Description

As our Conference & Events Team Leader you serve as a departmental role model and mentor by working alongside the events team to perform technical or functional job duties. You are able to encourage and motivate the team to perform their best and you take responsibility for tasks you are assigned and can make the right decision and provide input on possible improvements. Communications skills are key as you will need to collaborate with other departments to ensure the events run efficiently.

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a Senior Waiter / Team Leader tole role within Meeting and Events/Banqueting.
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other
  • employees and departments.
  • Experience within a 5 hotel or property of similar size and complexity.
  • Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve
  • common goals.
  • Previous experience with Delphi and Micros.
