Full Job Description

We're looking for a committed and motivated person to provide high quality professional support to frontline children's social workers and managers to help families keep children safe. If you're looking to make a real difference, Children's Services are looking for people like you, to organise and take minutes at our Child Protection Conferences, ensuring service support needs are met efficiently and effectively.   • Send out invitations and prepare for Child Protection Case Conferences.
  • Distribute key documents to professionals and families.
  • Minute taking in conferences.
  • Provide general business support, working to competing and changing priorities and demands.
  • Use computer packages and communicate with a variety of audiences.

  • Experience in taking minutes.
  • Good organisational skills and be able to work on own initiative.
  • Work as part of a team within the Safeguarding Unit.
  • Be able to work at pace with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulations.
