Connecting Communities Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Equalities and Inclusion team to help us deliver a short-term project that will improve communication and collaboration between public sector and community sector groups in Ceredigion. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills and will act as a bridge between community-based organisations in Ceredigion and members of Ceredigion Public Services Board. You will help us to work with staff, volunteers and users of warm welcome spaces, community cafes and food banks in Ceredigion to identify practical solutions and establish systems to improve communication, joint working, and knowledge transfer.
