CONSTRUCTION COMPLIANCE MANAGER - NORTHWEST/ MIDLANDS - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - COMPETITIVE RATES - UMBRELLA, ARM is working with a large European rail company, and we are looking for a Construction Compliance Manager to join them on a 12-month contract.,

• In this role you will be leading and assisting the technical support team to provide performance, analytical and production support for the maintenance team.
• You'll be encouraging and assisting the development of individuals and team as well as planning for safety and competence.
• Monitoring asset performance and maintaining systems and databases.
• You will also be providing requirements to arrange track monitoring trains.
Our client is happy to consider candidates from based in the Northwest/ Midlands (such as Manchester, Crewe, Birmingham etc). You will spend 3 days a week in the depots and the rest of the time site based. What you can expect in return: This role is working with a large rail company, paying competitively and is likely to go on for at least 12 months.


• You should have relevant experience within the construction industry (ideally with a relevant railway engineering discipline)
• A HNC or equivalent qualification in construction is required.
• You will need to have a working knowledge of Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulation requirements.
• You will also be competent on excel with good track renewal experience.
• PTS Sponsorship is required - ideally both AC&DC., HNC or equivalent
