  • Ensure that all education, learning and development (E,L&D) initiatives are aligned with the companys corporate and operational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the L&D team, ensuring effective execution of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Company Apprenticeships programmes.
  • Facilitate senior leadership courses
  • Develop and implement corporate training programs that effectively enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
  • Use E,L&D programs to improve overall employee performance, experience and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
  • Work with the Global L&D Design team to maintain consistency and quality across all training programs.
  • Utilise data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of E,L&D programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Efficiently manage the E,L&D budget and resources to maximize impact.
  • Explore and implement innovative learning technologies and methodologies to keep training programs progressive, current and effective.
