Construction Planner

As a Senior Construction Planner, you will play a key role in supporting both pre-construction and project delivery teams. Working across tender and live projects, you'll be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project programmes, ensuring delivery on time and exceed client expectations.,

• Develop tender programmes for new bids, providing insight and expertise to support winning strategies
• Create detailed delivery programmes for live projects, including design, procurement, construction, and handover stages
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to site logistics and phasing plans, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery
