Full Job Description

vServices Ltd is looking for a dedicated Consultant. The candidate shall be responsible for providing analysis of the company and its existing practices and products, and recommend changes as required depending on changing marketing trends. He/She shall also be expected to periodically conduct market research from various prospects and incorporate the results into practical and effective marketing and sales strategies., To review and evaluate company's financial statements and its competitors.
To analyse current business practices, develop new business models and engage in research to improve company's product ranges
To document research carried out and suggest recommendations based on it regarding market conditions, clients and competitors.
To review and improve company's sales, marketing and advertising strategies
To prepare presentations for potential and existing clients and prepare follow up meetings with them
To create and update client profiles
To create opportunities for new product/ service by networking
To negotiate contracts and licenses as necessary
To make strategies directed at improving profits, reducing losses and overall company's financial status.
To Conducts audits on a yearly basis and formulate audit related documentation.
To serve as company's representation in trade associations and other promotional events
To ensure overall satisfaction of customers
To design and develop products, services, and tools for client companies

Education - Bachelor's degrees (in business administration, business management, or other related fields), professional certification and/or with a Master's degree

Experience - 2-5 years of relevant experience, Persuasive, Innovative and Creative
Ability to pay attention to details and focus on given tasks
Ability to maintain customer relationships effectively; which includes tackling difficult clients and their issues
Knowledge of procedures, involving business and administration
Ability to work and make decision independently and in team simultaneously
Effective interpersonal relationship and networking skills along with good writing and oral communication skills
Strong analytical, marketing and research skills
Ability to work under extreme pressure, meet deadlines and still remain effective
Technical knowledge demonstrated in auditing, loss prevention, marketing, and other related areas
Computer literacy: must have a basic knowledge of how to use the computer and other related gadgets
