Consultant

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and lead the end to end implementation of Nexthink Solutions.

• Develop and execute a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.


• Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Nexthink.


• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate IT staff on the effective use of Nexthink tools.


• Develop architectural blueprints and solution designs for the effective implementation of Nexthink.


• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Nexthink solutions with the overall IT architecture and strategy.


• Ensure robust documentation of architecture, design, and implementation processes.


• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the Nexthink environment to ensure compliance and optimal performance.


• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure Nexthink solutions adhere to security policies and protocols.


• Design and implement automation processes to streamline IT operations using Nexthink.


• Develop customized dashboards and reports in Nexthink to provide insights and analytics for IT management.


• Execute a comprehensive customer success plan emphasizing the critical pillars of people, processes, and technology for effective integration of Nexthink solutions and building DEX maturity.


• Support and provide best practices for building a DEX team, embedding DEX in existing processes, and creating new DEX processes.


• Host workshops to educate and develop the customer journey in using the product and quantifying the value of outcomes.


• Lead quarterly business reviews with key customer stakeholders to communicate progress against the success plan and provide thought leadership on the customer maturity journey focused on required outcomes.


• Apply industry-standard methodologies, including agile and software delivery lifecycle, in analysis and project management.
  
  Strong project management skills with experience in IT implementations.


• Expertise in Nexthink solutions and their application in large IT environments.


• Understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.


• Architectural design and solution development skills.


• Experience with automation processes and ITSM tools integration.


• Ability to develop customized dashboards and reports for insights and analytics.


• Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and protocols


• Expertise in applying agile and software delivery lifecycle methodologies.


• Strong reporting and documentation skills


• Leadership and team management capabilities.


• Adaptability to stay updated with evolving technologies and project requirements


• Skills in change management and driving user adoption
