Full Job Description

Design and deliver analysis to support NousCubane activities for UK clients
Conduct analysis, generate insight and develop client reports including for university executive briefings, cross-university workshops, and sector roundtable reports
Assist in the delivery and facilitation of client presentations, workshops and events
Support data collection processes, working with industry experts (i.e. SMEs) to align with NousCubane methodology
Lead the development of best practice case studies
Contribute to new applications of UniForum data that generate insight for clients
Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement
Develop specialist expertise within areas of NousCubane IP and business processes and contribute to the development of new knowledge that supports the regional and global business
Contribute to the management of individual client relationships by building productive relationships, including with program managers and functional leaders., What is your preferred name? E.g. Ben instead of Benjamin etc.

Strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree or higher
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability along with entrepreneurial mindset to take initiative and recommend solutions
Relationship builder contributing to new and/or existing client development opportunities and delivering outstanding service
Experience in corporate services transformations, service improvement programs, back-office process and operating model redesign
Proficient with using business intelligence tools and data analysis to test hypotheses and identify data quality issues and unexpected changes
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and experience in project management
Experience with large and complete data sets (preferred)
Familiar with the software development lifecycle (preferred)
