Consultant Cardiologist with Specialist interest in imaging

Wrightington, Wigan & Leigh NHS Foundation Trust (WWL) are looking to recruit a forward-thinking and motivated Consultant Cardiologist with Specialist interest in Imaging to join our team of cardiology consultants delivering our cardiology services. The posts present an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician with comprehensive understanding of cardiac care and specialist imaging to join our dynamic team committed to the delivery of the highest standard of care., There are a total of 25 cardiology beds. Cardiology patients are admitted on the cardiology ward (14 beds) and Coronary care Unit (11 beds). The consultant will be responsible for the patients admitted under his care and will be supported by a Specialist Registrar, Core Medical Trainee (CT) and FY1 Doctor.
