Full Job Description

Applicants are required to hold full GMC registration with a licence to practice and to be on the GMC's Specialist Register or within six months of their expected date of receipt of a CCT at the time of interview.

The appointment is to provide a quality service in Chemical Pathology and lipidology and / or metabolic medicine services. As well as to ensure that the highest clinical standards are maintained and developed through evidence-based practice, embracement of technological advances, CPD and clinical audit, quality and risk management, job planning and appraisal. The post holfer will be expected to work flexibly and productively with team colleagues across all sites served by the ESEL to achieve the strategic clinical, operational and business objectives of the serviceThe post is based in the state-of-the-art Pathology and Pharmacy building at the Royal London hospital in Whitechapel.
