Consultant Geriatrician

We are looking for versatile, enthusiastic individual to join our Consultant Geriatrician team based at Lymington Hospital., This is an ideal post for a geriatrician who enjoys being hands on and working closely with colleagues in primary, secondary and intermediate care. There are opportunities to get involved in admission prevention, virtual wards, proactive community services for older people living with frailty, advance care planning and end of life care.
