Full Job Description
We are looking to appoint a whole time Substantive Consultant to work across Acute Medicine and Nephrology to support both Acute Medicine and Acute Nephrology in the region.
The post will support both the Acute Medicine Service at the Northern General Hospital and the General Nephrology and Haemodialysis service in Chesterfield (part of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust).
This is an amazing opportunity for individual/s open to a new challenge with opportunity to provide input into developing this new way of integrated working for better patient outcomes.
