Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist

Hywel Dda Radiology is looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join a progressive team of consultants and contribute to the on-going development of radiological services across our Health Board., This appointment is Health Board wide, and the successful candidate would join the radiology team to provide MSK CT, MRI, ultrasound and interventional services to support the Health Board. The candidate will contribute to the wider workload of the department subject to job plan discussions, including general radiology, second on call rotas, teaching of radiology trainees, reporting Radiographers, undergraduate students, and other hospital staff. Flexible working arrangements will be considered and discussions as to individual requirements and how they could be accommodated are welcomed.

Seven community hospitals: Amman Valley and Llandovery in Carmarthenshire; Tregaron, Aberaeron and Cardigan in Ceredigion; and Tenby and South Pembrokeshire Hospital Health and Social Care Resource Centre in Pembrokeshire;

47 general practices (6 of which are managed practices), 45 dental practices (including 4 orthodontic), 96 community pharmacies, 44 general ophthalmic practices (43 providing Eye Health Examination Wales and 34 low vision services) and 17 domiciliary only providers and 11 health centres
