Consultant Paediatric Radiologist

The successful candidate will work with the existing team to provide secondary and tertiary paediatric imaging and will be encouraged to a develop sub-specialty interest. They will be required to take part inthe delivery of the emergency paediatric imaging services for the Trust. This will include all relevant modalities, including plain film reporting, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and interventional procedures as necessary. They will also take a central role in MDTs and clinicoradiological meetings.We have merged with Western General Hospital and now provide paediatric imaging services for their patients. This is being provided on a remote basis and there is no current plan for physical presence.Further alignment is happening with Southmead Hospital, North Bristol NHS Trust in regards to neonatal imaging and service provision may become part of future consultant job plans, young people and vulnerable adults.
