Consultant Psychiatrist - ATS Community - Chichester (attracts RRP)

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist to join our community Assessment and Treatment service team at The Chapel Street Clinic, Chichester, West Sussex., The post holder will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking assessment and treatment team in the picturesque town of Chichester. They will provide senior medical input to the team, providing medical leadership along with consultant colleagues. The post holder will undertake assessments of new patients, formulations, risk assessment and follow up patients under their care. They will work with the multidisciplinary team to provide high quality mental health care for patients in the local community. They will support junior medical colleagues including clinically supervising trainee doctors and will be committed to providing a high quality of medical education to students and trainees.

  This job attracts aRecruitment and Retention payment of £25,000,in addition to(up to) £8000 relocation allowance.The RRP payment is paid in the following instalments:
• £5000 payment paid on appointment
• £5000 retention payment paid at 12 month anniversary of employment
• £6500 retention payment paid at 30 month anniversary of employment
• £8500 retention payment paid at 48 month anniversary of employment
