Consultant Psychiatrist for Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit

To provide the highest quality care to patients on the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit within the St Mary's Hospital site in Kettering., The Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring proactive, recovery-focused, individualised treatment plans are in place and being followed for each patient. He will be supported with a team of professionals who have been recruited specifically for this unit. Our intention is to have a short length of stay to manage only the acute phase of illness and support care in the least restrictive manner.
