EPUT is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Consultant Psychiatrist to join Community Mental Health services based at Grays Hall, Grays. This post provides community services for patients referred to the secondary mental health services from GP surgeries within 2 PCN areas of Grays and ASOP.The Thurrock team has 2 consultants with the second consultant looking after patients from the remaining 2 PCN in the Thurrock area. There are additional consultant sessions into the PCN. The total population covered by the 4 PCNs is approximately 175000.

The post holder would be part of the senior management team of the team and be integral in developing and improving the service. The post holder will require to have AC status to be able to provide RC inputs into the cases who could be on CTO or are on MoJ orders.
