    We will count on you to :

    Working with the wider Workplace Health Consulting clinicians and our broader employee benefit consultants across MMB, you will support with :

    This role will involve interface directly with clients and providers

    Raising awareness of our capabilities across MMB and with clients and prospects

    Analysis of health related data sources

    Preparation of reports and Request for Proposals

    Project management

    Healthcare claims audits

    The design of health & wellbeing pathways

    Wellbeing strategy workshops and provider round tables

    Provider research and reviews

    Case Management reviews

    Providing support to draft training session plans e.g. in resilience and positive psychology

    Support in identifying and developing new propositions, products and services

    A self-driven, personable and motivated attitude

    Strong and confident communication skills

    Demonstrated analytical skills

    Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

    A passion for learning and development

    Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Experience of producing, delivering and presenting client facing reports and insights

    Clinical experience or qualification could be advantageous but is not essential

    We are looking for a Consultant for our expanding Workplace Health Consulting team within the UK.

    You will be integral in supporting the team response to the demand we are seeing from clients in terms of delivery of projects which support our clients in understanding the health risks of their people and providing clinically backed recommendations on solutions and interventions to mitigate these risks.

    Working with the existing team, you will help in the support and delivery of client projects using data analysis, project management / delivery, bid management and provider research and reviews as part of a wide range of workplace wellbeing projects.
