Consulting Practice Director - Healthcare IT

The Consulting Practice Director will lead the Health Data Intelligence and Healthcare Interoperability consulting practice in the UK. Working with existing healthcare customers across the UK the Consulting Practice Director will be responsible for delivering healthcare data intelligence, analytics and interoperability using Oracle's cutting-edge cloud healthcare platform in the UK as well as leading expansion into new markets. Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership - develop consulting initiatives, helping customers to present healthcare data to their users to drive clinical outcomes and improve population health for their regions. Cross team collaboration - facilitate the sharing of information between product development teams, sales and marketing and the consulting team to drive product improvements and suitability for the UK market and assist in identifying further opportunities to improve the use of data in healthcare settings. Financial accountability - optimize utilization and drive margin efficiencies for the consulting team, encourage follow-up engagements with existing customers and participate in the sales cycle by supporting sales opportunities and responding to tenders. • Minimum of 10 years of healthcare consulting with a minimum of 5 years of Oracle Health solutions knowledge related to Health Data Intelligence, interoperability or Millennium EMR.
• Proven track record of leading consulting teams with demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience working with NHS customers.
• Advanced degree in either a technical or healthcare related subject.
Preferred Experience:
• Demonstrated history of managing margin and utilization targets.
• Experience working on AI projects, or building AI capabilities in a consulting team.
• Hands-on Healthcare analytics experience
• Knowledge of cloud solutions or cloud architectures
