We seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to streamline our consumer channel marketing initiatives. This challenging role entails maintaining smooth operations across our in-house financial planning venture as well as forming productive alliances with our affiliate firms. The position offers a unique opportunity to orchestrate a variety of campaigns, communications, and marketing strategies to achieve our ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate has an impressive track record in initiating and managing multi-channel marketing activities. Adept at building robust relationships with stakeholders, the candidate is assertive yet tactful, and comfortable with shaping outcomes and challenging the norm.,
- Develop an extensive, multi-channel marketing strategy to recruit, augment, and retain individual clients to our financial planning businesses.
- Facilitate high-quality marketing plans and activities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to fortifying and optimising the brand.
- Utilise digital and traditional media to connect with the target demographic.
- Create a range of actionable collateral and content to boost client lifecycle.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and positive messages to advisers to drive business growth.
- Generate ideas, establish and oversee campaigns.
- Gather and process pertinent metrics to assess success and secure value for money.
- Offer marketing assistance to other business divisions, including acting as an advisor to our associated firms.
3-5 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Manager. - Expertise in B2C environment planning and delivery.
- Familiarity with financial planning or similar financial services business.
- Exceptional relation and stakeholder management aptitude.
- Proficient in English, with polished communication and proof-reading skills.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle concurrent projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Proficient with digital and data tools. Salesforce and account engagement experience would be a plus. Personal Traits
