Full Job Description

A key role overseeing the daily preparation of orders for gift cards originating from over 30 major retail clients including TKMaxx, IKEA and Argos. Responsibility for ensuring all incoming orders are processed according to agreed SLAs whilst supporting the fraud prevention team in their revenue protection role.

The position is responsible for ensuring the daily co-ordination of staffing requirements whilst supporting colleagues in delivering consistent levels of service and product quality. You will be accountable for forward planning, data reporting and driving improvement as well as working with other teams to facilitate new projects and promote continuous improvement.

This can be an extremely busy department, particularly through peak trading periods and we're looking for a great motivator to keep teams energised and on target. The role also covers performance reviews and absence management, all the while ensuring adherence to the business HR policies within the department.

Please note: due to the seasonal aspect of this role, hours during peak trading can include weekend and out of hours work.

The role is Office based from Melmerby, Ripon. We are a Disability Confident Employer and offer Certficates of Sponsorship if required.
