Full Job Description

You'll work closely with a small team under the guidance of the Operations Team Leader providing direct communication with customers via telephone and email to provide unparalleled support and service., Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 20:00, including bank/public holidays, and cover for absences as needed.

As a Contact Centre Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to system alerts and alarms.

  • Managing customer theft notifications and documenting vehicle thefts efficiently.

  • Actioning commissioning and performing health check reports.

  • Adhering to Alarm and Call Handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Undertaking various administrative tasks as necessary.

    You could be a university graduate, a college leaver, or someone who is experienced in providing excellent telephone-based customer service. You bring your customer service skills, and we'll train you on our systems and processes!, You'll be based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes and have full rights to work in the UK.

  • Proficient computer skills and the aptitude to master new software quickly.

  • Eager to learn, develop, and adopt new skills and methods.

  • Exceptional customer service expertise with a confident and effective approach to telephone communication.

  • Strong focus and prioritization skills, particularly in high-stress situations.

  • A high level of attention to detail, particularly with literacy and numeracy.

  • Be highly motivated, reliable and have a flexible approach.


  • Desirable attributes include:
  • Previous experience in an Operations Centre/Control Room/Call Centre

  • Solid geographical knowledge.
