Full Job Description

Your role is at the core of our mission's success within the IMDS OMC. You'll be on the frontline, supporting our customers by booking appointments and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers is pivotal. Additionally, you'll assist in driving social media campaigns that can generate more appointments for our customers.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved with…

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, scheduling metering appointments, and gaining valuable insights into their concerns. These insights will be crucial for refining our services.

  • Maintain up-to-date systems and databases, providing valuable analysis to various stakeholders to aid in performance management reviews, ensuring we meet our service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Assist in the scheduling and planning of work activities, helping us efficiently serve our customers.

    Hence why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done!, Exceptional customer service skills, especially over the phone, and proficiency in IT is a must. Ideally, you have expertise in SAP and Genesys, which are the primary methods for booking and customer interactions.


  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support our customers along with familiarity with other customer communication channels, such as social media, self-service, and email, is a plus.
