The Bellrock Group Content and Copy Manager is crucial to articulating our brand strategy through clear and engaging content across all communication channels. This role will help build brand awareness and equity among various audiences, including customers, employees, potential talent, and the broader market. This is a hands- on role with the potential to influence our strategic growth and brand direction. Reporting to the Bellrock Group Head of Marketing and Communications, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop impactful content strategies that deliver our strategic goals and lead to preference, lead generation, growth, and retention. This role is ideal for an experienced writer with a proven ability to simplify and convey complex technical solutions in an engaging manner. Your content will effectively highlight the value of partnering with Bellrock, ultimately driving preference for our services. While we work remotely, as a team we also meet and work from our offices in Paddington and Leicester and other partner or client locations as needed. Page Break How will you be the change? That's how deliver value for our customers, and building systems that lead the way And as a Content and Copy Manager with Bellrock Group, you'll do it by Brand and content strategy :

  • Develop and implement brand guidelines, tone of voice, and value proposition frameworks that underpin & articulate Bellrock's service proposition and unique selling points.
  • Work with marketing colleagues and other stakeholders to identify and analyse business and audience needs to craft and deliver and messages via the most appropriate mix of channels and marketing assets.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand's voice and strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and execution of Bellrock's and subsidiaries external and interna communications and content strategy to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Be an advocate for the strategy, working proactively with marketing colleagues and senior executives and stakeholders to execute against it.
  • Content creation
  • Create engaging content and campaigns across all on and offline media, including web / SEO, PPC, articles, blogs, press releases, media statements, newsletters, case studies, social media posts, white papers, emails, adverts, video, etc.
  • Own and oversee all Bellrock Group and subsidiary ( except where agreed by exception) web content; develop it to become a rich SEO content hub to facilitate content marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
  • Create sales enablement documents, including presentations, capability documents, and customer marketing emails.
  • Produce content for events as needed, including stand collateral, pre- event marketing and speeches / presentations.
  • Internal communications : Create content that will engage with our varied audiences across Bellrock Group and achieve internal communication and specific campaign goals. Communication may include emails, newsletters, intranet, and change communications etc. You will work closely with the CEO and Executive team to support their personal brand ambitions for internal and external audiences. Collaboration and coordination :
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align content strategies with business goals ensuring, where appropriate, external communication is aligned to strategic priorities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across Bellrock, aligned to audience needs and marketing objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with segment leads and Sales & Bid teams.
  • Content quality and consistency :
  • Establish a Quality sign off process to ensure all content is high- quality, error-free, search engine optimised ( where relevant) and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve content produced by team members and external contributors.
  • Analytics and reporting :
  • Work with the Head of Digital to use data and analytics to track content performance, engagement metrics and impact on lead generation and conversion.
  • Prepare reports for different audiences on content effectiveness and recommend strategies for continuous improvement, optimisation, and resource prioritisation.
  • Agency and supplier relations :
  • Brief and manage agency partners, ensuring timely delivery of agreed services within budget.
  • Adopt a One Bellrock' approach to effective joint contracts, subscriptions, and licenses while remaining flexible to bespoke needs.
  • Line management :
  • Manage the Video Content Marketing Executive to define and deliver a pipeline of video marketing collateral to inform multi- channel content needs.
  • Support and model positive team collaboration with office presence 1- 2 times a week, or more as required.
  • Administration and organisation :
  • Maintain organised records and timesheets for resource planning and task prioritisation.
  • Perform duties as requested by the CEO, Executive Board, or any senior member of the Group Marketing Team.

    Bachelor's degree ( or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, creation, and copywriting, preferably in B2B environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a content-related role.
  • Experience of creating compelling, engaging copy to deliver strong SEO and PPC success.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and content management systems ( CMS) such as WordPress SharePoint, or Sitecore.
  • An understanding and appreciation of good design, graphics, photography and film.
  • Experience in marketing analytics tools and CRM software, such as HubSpot & GA4 is advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 ( Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Deep experience creating and executing external communications and a track record of delivering solid, measurable results.
  • An outstanding writer with the ability to create compelling and engaging copy, and to convey complex or technical ideas simply without relying on Chat GPT!
  • A meticulous approach to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Proven problem- solving ability that can identify source of problem, impact of problem as it relates to other functions, impact on stakeholders, and recommended solution.
  • High levels of creative enthusiasm and curiosity. A desire to find out more, understand the bigger picture and to make connections to learn and improve.
  • The ability to use data to inform decisions.
