Full Job Description
- Researching and studying the subject and context to inform content; Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability;
- Taking complex information into turning it into simple content for users;
- Creating content that drives user actions based on agreed requirements and research;
- Defining and applying consistent voice and tone throughout user journeys;
- Defining content goals and journeys based on user or customer needs;
- Localizing content for specific audiences and markets.
Ability to create and communicate meaning throughout product or service experiences for users and customers; - Experience of planning and facilitating workshops to reach a specific outcome;
- Experience of working within an Agile scrum team (working across Designers, Product Owners, Developers and Researchers);
