Full Job Description

The Content Executive's role, under the guidance of the Content Manager is to create content for all our external communications channels. You will be responsible for writing and re-purposing content for different audiences and output mechanisms, helping to create and follow the communication and content calendar. As an experienced writer, you will understand and adapt messages to each audience while retaining and emphasising our core values and approved tone of voice.

    What You Will Be Doing:
  • The role will include creating and developing audience specific content to support the implementation of the content strategy for B2C, B2B and internal audiences.

  • Scheduling, writing & updating content for all audiences including, but not limited to newsletters, resource packs, blogs, client spotlights, early years' programmes, nursery openings, benefit changes, new service lines, nursery parent events, client engagement sessions, client liaison promotions, system emails.

  • Collaborating and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with latest company practice and thought leadership.

  • Monitoring Asana, reviewing content produced by other departments to ensure it is aligned with the Bright Horizons tone of voice.

  • Helping to produce multi-media content if required as a reaction to external events and sector changes.

  • Assisting with content creation, editing and proofing of research reports.

    Excellent written communication skills and a great eye for engaging article topics.

  • Multi-media experience. Experience in creating and editing video content .

  • Previous experience of writing for multiple audiences and tone differentiation.

  • Previous experience of creating content for different media platforms.

  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • Ability to task manage.

  • Basic reporting skills - knowledge of and experience in KPI tracking

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interview and collaborate with colleagues across the business., Degree and / or experience in a similar role, Experience of a similar sector or at least one service line (i.e., early years education or employee benefits).
