Content Marketing Executive

Creating Engaging Content:

• Developing and producing content for various channels, such as our website, social media and email campaigns.


Brand Image and Tone:

• Maintain the brand's image and tone across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's messaging.


Manage Email Marketing:

• Own and manage our weekly email broadcasts, ensuring that they are engaging, deliver value to our customers and help to keep us top of mind.


Manage Social Channels:

• Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure regular posting and engagement on Instagram.


• Create high-quality, engaging posts, stories and reels that resonate with our target audience.


• Maanage our community, responding to comments, interacting with followers and creating digital conversations.


• Analyse Instagram performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.


Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and engage with beauty and wellness influencers who align with Secret Spa's brand values and target audience.


• Coordinate collaborations & partnerships with influencers.


• Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and partnerships.


Design Assets:

• Working closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will support with the creation of visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos for print and digital formats.

We are seeking a creative, highly collaborative Content Marketing Executive with a proven track record of using initiative and creative thinking to join our fast-paced marketing team. The Content Marketing Executive will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and engagement across various digital platforms. Suitable applicants will be passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, have a keen eye for design and have a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing.

This is a hybrid full-time role with 2-3 days a week in the office in London.,
• At least 2 years' proven experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in the luxury beauty, wellness, fashion or lifestyle industry.


• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or similar tools.


• Excellent understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.


• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, CustomerIO or similar.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure and juggle different projects.


• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Relevant degree or apprenticeship.


• The Right to work in the UK


• Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations is preferable.
