Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Assist in planning and executing a content marketing strategy that aligns with the business's goals, including identifying target audiences and creating our content schedule.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, relevant content such as blog posts, articles, social media updates, infographics, and videos.
  • SEO Optimisation: Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure content ranks effectively in search results, including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media channels by creating content, scheduling posts and engaging with followers to build confidence, business reputation & inspire action.
  • Content Management: Organise and maintain a content calendar to plan upcoming content and ensure timely delivery
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and keep the audience informed.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing & Commercial Teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Audience Research: Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences, helping to tailor content to better resonate with the target market.
  • Brand Voice Development: Help establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content types.

    Education: A recognised and reputable qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Public Relations or similar.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Content Creation and Marketing. Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in optimising content for search engine results.
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to produce engaging and clear content. Proficiency in creating various types of content (e.g. blog posts, articles, social media content, video, digital artwork and visuals).
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: A working knowledge & experience of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, web and analytics.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
