Full Job Description

We are looking for a Content Producer to join our Marketing team. This role will report into the Content Lead, supporting the creation of social-first content for the social and digital ME+EM channels. We are looking for a capable, organised and creative individual to oversee the end-to-end production of all content shoots, from accessories-focused TikTok content to full editorials shot on location. Organisational and communication skills are key, as is an eye for detail. We welcome creative involvement as this role will work closely with both the Content Lead and Art Director to develop concepts, as well as produce. This role will also work closely with the wider Production team, in order to navigate studio, sample and team availability and will occasionally be required to support on ad-hoc marketing shoots.,

  • Oversee the end to end production of all social + digital content shoots and occasional smaller marketing related shoots

  • Responsible for booking creative talent, location scouting, prop sourcing, bookings as well as other shoot logistics

  • Supporting on casting, working closely with the Art Director, Brand Director and Content Lead

  • Work closely with the Studio and Production team on calendar, studio and sample management

  • Solid understanding of production processes and specific needs of social content, as well as photography vs video is integral

  • Proactive support of the full shoot crew on set as required, ensuring shot count and deliverables are fulfilled and that everyone is well looked after Key contact for external contacts and vendors

  • Support Content Lead in managing budget: ensure invoices and expenses are submitted

  • Key contributor in concept development and pre-production meetings

  • Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to understand product detail to support content storytelling

  • Must be competent in Excel and Google Docs

  • Create and maintain a "black book" of creatives

    Minimum 2-3 years of Production experience, ideally in an in-house or studio role


  • - Must have a proactive, positive and can-do attitude.

    - Ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    - Must be passionate about social content, creative photography and video production

    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Must be able to communicate needs and objectives effectively via email, phone and in meetings

    - Experience in managing production budgets, with an ability to work in a cost effective way

    - The ideal candidate would be an incredibly well organised strategic thinker who is brilliant at multitasking, proactive and enthusiastic

    - Ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders within brand, external agencies and suppliers

    - Proficient in Google docs and Excel

    - Have interest and/or experience in luxury fashion

    - Have an interest in and solid understanding of the social landscape
