Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team in a newly created role as Content & Proposal Manager to support our GTS Sales teams, who provide Trade Management and Supply Chain Finance solutions to corporates and institutions. Note this is a new role, as we're expanding our existing global Content and Proposal Management team to cover the GTS Product line, which spans our Commercial, Corporate and Institutional client segments.,

  • Support GTS Sales Managers in the pursuit of new business through creation and project management of proposals (RFI, RFP, PQQ, etc.), pitch presentations and other sales enablement collateral.

  • Own the end-to-end proposal management cycle for GTS opportunities.

  • Work with Sales, Product and other subject matter experts to ensure that all written content is accurate, compelling, compliant and up to the highest quality standards, within tight deadlines.

  • Ongoing management of client-facing content on our RFP' database to ensure both legitimacy and compliance of content is continually maintained. Working with Product SME's to develop new and improve existing customer-facing documentation.

  • Promote GTS' capabilities internally and externally through creation and project management of sales enablement content such as case studies and thought leadership materials, developing both original content, as well as tailoring past examples to suit new requirements.

  • Elevate GTS' profile in the market and internally through creating and project managing award submissions aligned to strategic priorities.

  • Serve as a point of quality and audit control in terms of adherence to process, procedure and risk related to GTS sales content.

  • Ensure deal pipeline is current and accurate to facilitate ongoing win/loss analysis and feedback loop.

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:


  • Knowledge of trade finance, including GTS products and services

  • Previous experience in Proposal Writing, Content Management or Sales Enablement

  • Previous experience in a B2B presales environment for Banking. Fintech to Enterprise Tech.

  • Creative writer with excellent English language skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to support multiple stakeholder requests simultaneously

  • Strategic commercial thinker with strong customer centric and analytical mindset

  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for technical document design
