Full Job Description

  • Be a credible consultant across the business, truly understanding the capabilities of Github and AEM, building and releasing content changes in the business mobile app and online banking sites
  • Create content change requests alongside stakeholders ensuring relevancy, accuracy and quality and proactively challenging briefs to ensure optimum content is delivered
  • Test content changes, ensuring execution of content change to the business mobile app and desktop secure site are timely and accurate
  • Contribute to the overall performance and design standards of the secure sites, suggesting innovative ideas to make the existing experience better or suggesting new ideas to uplift customer experience and performance

    A solid understanding of content management systems, ideally GitHub (AEM is desirable)
  • A proactive approach, a desire to make a difference, a commitment to better and real sense of accountability
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, attention to fine detail, ensuring the accuracy of change
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to ensure delivery according to business and customer requirements
  • An excellent stakeholder manager who proactively communicates with stakeholders to ensure work progresses and relationships are strengthened
