Full Job Description

As a Content Specialist, you will develop, curate, and optimize the content powering our AI-driven chatbot. Your focus will be to ensure that the LLM (Large Language Model) has high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date information, allowing it to deliver accurate and meaningful responses to our users. You'll collaborate with various teams to maintain a comprehensive and structured knowledge base, continuously improving content based on user needs. This role is critical to shaping the chatbot's content and ensuring it delivers effective, natural language responses in Awin's tone of voice, enhancing overall user satisfaction. Key Tasks:

  • Content Development & Optimization: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to maintain a rich content repository, continuously refining it to improve chatbot performance and assessing AI-generated responses against defined standards.
  • Knowledge Curation: Create and manage a content strategy that ensures the chatbot provides accurate, relevant, and timely responses, updating and removing content as needed.
  • User Interaction Design: Design conversation flows and prompts, working with UX and AI teams to ensure the chatbot delivers natural, user-friendly responses.
  • Training & Fine-tuning: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to optimize training data and structure content for model fine-tuning and retraining.
  • Feedback Loops: Implement processes to gather user feedback, analyse chatbot performance, and adjust content for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure chatbot content aligns with product updates, company messaging, and customer service goals by working closely with product, CX, and tech teams. Work closely with Marketing and Product Marketing team to ensure consistent tone of voice and brand representation.
  • Content Strategy for Multiple Use Cases: Develop strategies to personalize content for different user segments, ensuring the chatbot addresses diverse scenarios effectively.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as user satisfaction, response accuracy, and engagement rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Scalability: Build frameworks that enable content to scale easily as the chatbot expands into new regions, languages, and use cases.

    Experience in Content Management for AI/Chatbots: Experience working with content for AI, machine learning, or chatbot projects.
  • Understanding of LLM & NLP: Strong knowledge of LLMs, their limitations, and how to optimize content for machine learning models.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of delivering clear, concise updates to business stakeholders and providing company-wide insights to keep everyone aligned.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with SMEs, product, data science, and tech teams to align content with business goals.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at tracking and analysing chatbot performance to refine content strategies.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Proactive and innovative in developing content strategies that meet user needs while scaling.
  • Writing & Editing: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Familiarity with AI Tools: Experience with chatbot training tools, knowledge management platforms, and content management systems.
  • Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience with multilingual content development for AI models
  • Experience in affiliate marketing content
  • Familiarity with conversational design principles
  • Experience working with technical teams on AI-driven content strategies
