Continuous Improvement Engineer

The Opportunity: - Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 - Permanent - In this role you will be helping the site to look at patterns and issues with the view of identifying long term resolutions and preventative work to enable us to be more proactive in keeping production running. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing an analysing the data captured on the CMMS system to identify patterns and disruptions to production - Take on a problems solving and solution focused role in addressing machinery maintenance - Be able to measure the improvements and ensure that the correct fixes have been put in place. - Use KPIs within production as a key measure of the impact of solutions introduced by you and the team - Scope and budget medium to large capital projects

Qualified either Electrically or Mechanically up to a minimum of Level 3 NVQ/HND or equivalent - NEBOSH/IOSH - Experience of continuous improvement and identifying and implementing solutions to reduce down time - Experience within a manufacturing setting, food would be an advantage but is not a requirement - Collaborative as you will need to speak to other departments to identify issues and propose solutions as well as getting buy in from the team
