North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Administrator to join our Continuous Improvement and Learning Team (CILT) within Women and Children's Health Services.

If you are an experienced administrator with the relevant knowledge, and skills then this is an ideal opportunity for you to join NBT's Team of the Year 2021, as nominated by NBT Exceptional Healthcare Awards.

The role involves working in collaboration with colleagues to support service improvements within Gynaecology, Maternity and Neonatal Services. This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate, who is keen to make a difference to the patient safety agenda within the organisation.

Our maternity service is continually changing and evolving to meet the needs of the local population and ensure women, birth parents and families have a positive birthing experience. We are a supportive team who welcome innovative ways of working, sharing learning from incidents and best practice., The Continuous Improvement and Learning Administrator will be responsible for providing administration and clerical support for staff and managers in all aspects of quality and patient safety within the Division.
