We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead transformational change across our operations in Europe. This strategic role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, capacity, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with our Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical, and Quality teams, as well as Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing functions, you will drive Moove's journey towards becoming a World-Class Industry 4.0 operation.
Your Role:
As a key change agent, you will:
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to unlock value, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Facilitate cross-functional projects and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Conduct workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement across all levels.
Develop business cases for change initiatives, including financial metrics like NPV, IRR, and payback periods.
Ensure smooth implementation of changes, balancing risk-reward decisions and maintaining safety as a non-negotiable priority.
Monitor progress and effectiveness of improvements, making adjustments where needed.
We're looking for a results-driven leader who is passionate about operational excellence. You'll thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment and have:
Proven experience in leading significant transformations within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on expertise with business improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), with certifications being desirable but not essential.
A strong track record in managing safety-related activities and ensuring operational sustainability.
Outstanding project management, analytical, and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Leadership qualities, a can-do attitude, and the ability to build and sustain a collaborative culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, Technology, Commerce, or Business (Master's or MBA desirable).
Extensive progressive experience in related roles, including senior leadership responsibilities.
Experience in the lubricants industry or similar sectors (e.g., Chemicals, Energy, Pharma) is a plus.
At Moove, our vision is to become the global benchmark in lubricant sales and distribution. Part of the Cosan Group, Moove operates extensively across Europe, North and South America, and Asia-Pacific, with our European headquarters established in the UK since 2012. We thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment, combining organic and strategic growth to drive our success.
