We are passionate about learning and our Apprenticeship Programmes are a great way to start your career as a Business Analyst, whether you have just completed your studies at school or looking for a change in career direction we'd love to hear from you. What our 2 year programme involves: This apprenticeship will focus on the role of a Continuous Improvement Analyst, a highly sought-after position within the modern-day business landscape. As a key colleague within our Operational Excellence department you will help to support and deliver real business value, this will be achieved by; mapping, checking, analysing and validating our existing procedures. Gathering Data from operational colleagues and completing time and motion studies to enable the Continuous Improvement Analysts to process their review projects and see real life change in progress as a direct result of your work. We know that's a lot to take in! We'll be with you and support you every step of the way. Initially you'll pair with the highly skilled and experienced Analysts already established within your team as you get up-to-speed. Eventually you will start to take on smaller projects on your own, always with the support of your peers to help you learn and develop your skills. All in all you will gain a well-rounded experience throughout the 2 year programme to enable you to kick start your career as an Improvement Analyst. All we need from you is passion and enthusiasm to learn with the resilience to succeed! We will support you professionally while giving hands on work experience in a forward thinking Agile change environment that centres around Design Thinking; putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. This is supplemented with a professional study programme to achieve a Level 4 Apprenticeship which is the equivalent to Level 4 NVQs, BTECs and Foundation Degrees. The learning part: Our programmes are structured to help you unlock your potential and you'll receive full support for your studies, including 20% of your time on 'off the job' learning. Throughout the qualification you will attend training, have mentor visits, build a portfolio of evidence and complete an end-point assessment. Throughout the qualification and apprenticeship you will focus on specialised areas of work and learn more about:

  • Mapping processes using ARIS to industry standard BPMN 2.0, this will enable the business to better understand their processes and to support the development of learning
  • Checking and validating procedures to ensure that they consistently hit the same standard and to enable the business to be compliant with policy
  • Listening to phone calls and complaints to enable research to understand the voice of the customer
  • Gathering data from operational colleagues by completing time and motion studies, this will enable the Continuous Improvement Analyst in their process review project
  • Supporting the continuous improvement analyst in running workshops by taking notes and actions
  • Supporting the running of the VWFS idea scheme.

    We have an exciting opportunity for a new apprentice to join our business. This is a Level 4 Business Analyst opportunity specialising within Continuous Improvement Support.   • 3 A Levels or BTEC equivalent
  • GCSE grade C/level 4 or above in both English and Maths

    Salary of £16,000 per annum with an increase to £18,000 in your 2nd year
