Full Job Description

  • Process customer claims based on agreed commercial terms from validation to customer payment in a timely manner
  • Track requests status and communicate to relevant colleagues the status and timelines of request
  • Process ambassadorial invoices and work with Education and Marketing to track and manage resolution times
  • Support department and business administration tasks
  • Provide cover for other members of Business Intelligence team when required
  • Manage process timelines with key stakeholders across departments
  • Support across all department processes
  • Propose and implement business process improvements

    Experience gained from working within a previous customer supporting or service role
  • Good administration and IT skills with experience of using Excel and SAP
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
