Full Job Description

We are looking for a contract administrator for our prestigious football club contract on a permanent basis. Flexibility to work over the weekends and evenings due to events is required. Apply today and we'll contact you soon. The role is fast paced, fun and exciting; below are some of the key elements of what you'll be doing;

  • Providing support to the operations management team in the field
  • Liaising with Clients and our operatives to ensure their requests are dealt with efficiently and end with a positive outcome
  • Assist with allocation/scheduling of operatives on our Time and Attendance system, along with recording sickness/absence
  • Recruitment - advertise, short list, arrange interviews and complete necessary paperwork for new starters
  • Liaise with Events Manager to co-ordinate staffing for events.
  • Signing in staff on arrival for events and ensure accreditations are applied for so must be available to work on a Saturday or Sunday depending on fixtures with time off during the week in lieu.
  • Manning House Radio during events to ensure quick and effective response to requests.

  • We're hoping to recruit a person who is compassionate toward people: quick on the draw when it comes to trouble-shooting, and thrives under pressure. Ideally someone who is based in the area and enjoys blending into a busy team.,
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
  • General working knowledge of software systems such as word and excel
  • Great written and oral English language skills
  • Personable and professional with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service skills Teamwork: Share ideas and learning with other team members
  • Offer encouragement and assistance to colleagues
